BE A CEC SPEAKER
NGFA will be accepting speaker proposals for CEC 2025 beginning in August 2025. Speaking at CEC is a great way to share your ideas and experiences with others, position yourself as a thought leader in the grain and feed industry, and play a role in advancing the industry at large. Speaking enables you to expand your professional network and bring awareness to your business.
We are looking to select three fresh, current, and imaginative 50-minute breakout sessions featuring interactive presentations, panels, or engaging workshops on timely topics.

NGFA does not pay an honorarium for CEC breakout sessions. The speaker is responsible for all travel-related expenses.
NGFA will provide selected speakers one complimentary night at the CEC host hotel. Limit three presenters; additional presenters at their own expense.
- August: Speaker application period begins
- September: Deadline for speaker applications
- September: Selected speakers notified
- December 9 – 11: CEC 2025 takes place
The selection process involves a review of every complete presentation application submitted prior to the deadline. All presentations are selected on the basis of the information submitted. Those submitting are expected to follow all instructions carefully and provide all requested information. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
